I want to make sure you are aware of all your options, and how to fulfill your desires and wishes. I will be honest about whether your budget will allow you to do all that. I may suggest alternatives, but, they are just suggestions, you're the boss!

I am Pat Robeck, happily
married now almost 30 years to the wonderful Mary. We live in North
